Lindah Mbidzo

Lindah holds a Bachelor of Honors in Economics and a Masters in Business. An enterprising woman, she has a respectable fourteen years banking experience in Zimbabwe; working in treasury and business development. She currently manages the finances of two businesses where she is partner. Her passion is mentoring young adolescents and coaching women in all aspects of personal, career and business choices.

Carlos has wide and varied experience in consultancy and general management. Having begun his career in advertising where had extensive experience as a creative rising to the post of creative director then planner and account director. Until recently he was a partner in a consultancy business with his key strengths being strategy and marketing. He is a part time lecturer in communication strategy and mentor to several young entrepreneurs.

We would like to welcome our new addtions to the Realty Africa team in South Africa. Dunstan and Kosazana Lomcebo will be reponsible for the Tribal & Rural Land Development througout the country. Together, they will provide a unique opportunity for investors to share in the exciting projects coming up.

Qualifying at Wits now popularly known as University of Johannesburg in hospitality & marketing. Dunstan has created a niche knowledge base within the QSR, events, exhibitions and the media industry. He has been involved in many start-ups and blue chips like McDonalds and ITE South Africa were he won numerous awards. After being involved with logistics of the Johannesburg World Summit for Sustainable Development and the 18th World Petroleum Congress. Dunstan has also worked with a few corporate clients on specialised projects such Transnet, South African Breweries, Industrial Development Corporation and National Empowerment Fund to name few, moving into entrepreneurial business ventures has been an easy and natural progression. Dunstan is armed with the ability of being multilingual, well travelled and averse with most cultures within the business terrain of Southern Africa. Dunstan has managed to build and develop very strong and powerful networks in business. As a fiercely competitive perfectionist Dunstan is detail orientated yet never loses focus of the bigger picture.

HRH Lomcebo Mahlangu

Lomcebo Mahlangu is affectionately known as Kosazana Lomcebo, she was educated at a mixed school, Bryanston High School in Sandton Johannesburg. She continued to study at IBM institute of Technology. She completed and was certified in computer skills and programming. Lomcebo has had an interesting career from being an administrator in the Quantitative Department at Unisa to Travel and Tourism with The Tourvest Group. She is the third child of the first wife uGogo Westjhaba Queen Mother Sphila Mahlangu and The Late Ndebele Ndzundza Mabhoko King Cornelius Nyumbambo Mayitjha 111. Lomcebo being a custodian of the Ndzundza Ndebele nations rich history jealously guards her culture, arguably the most colourful and creative nation in South Africa as visibly shown by the ever popular Ndebele paintings Lomcebo supports initiatives of community development.

B.COM (Acc), CTA (Acc), H.DIP (tax), CEA Leonard qualified as an accountant and auditor with KPMG; he also completed a contract with Deloitte in Amsterdam as part of their International Auditing Division. On completion of his contract he returned to SA and saw a gap in the property development industry which led to a consultancy service that advises local housing developers on the financial structuring and presentation of projects. The experience gained led to him starting his own Property Development Company that has since completed various housing projects in the affordable housing market successfully. His network and involvement with various property funds also provide him with exposure to various segments of the development industry and experience from various assignments and due diligence investigations. His financial background together with experience on the ground allows him to proactively manage and successfully complete developments together with developers and a network of professionals.

Sethebe Manake

A chartered surveyor in property investment and finance, Sethebe holds a Bachelor of Science in Property Studies, and a Master of Science in Strategic Management. With over 10 years in the real estate industry she has a wealth of experience in different property investment vehicles including pension funds and listed property companies. She currently runs a real estate consulting firm which she founded. An advocate of youth and women in business she sits in various committees and forums advancing and advocating for youth empowerment.

Takunda Nhandara

One of the best, and most promising property professionals of his generation. Takunda Nhandara is a holder of first class bachelor’s degree in real estate management. The gentleman has a firm understanding of most real estate disciplines to include, property finance and investments, development, management, and valuation. He has done an internship before with a top property investment firm in Zimbabwe and also currently holds a trainee-ship position with another listed concern in Zimbabwe. Among the attributes that he brings are, extensive insight of property markets and systems as well as strong research, investment analysis, and management skills.

We will start expanding our local teams as more projects are coming onto the platform. The local teams in each country of activity will include:

  • Local country representatives in the market
  • Surveyors to visit building sides and perform assessments 
  • Project managers

 As part of  Botswana Innovation Hub (we can be found under category "Information & Communications Technology", we will further expand our back-office organisation in Botswana which will include functions like:

  • Administrators
  • Finance
  • Project Coordination
  • Marketing
  • Customer Service
